The International Association of Commercial Collectors, Inc. (IACC) will hold its 41st Annual Convention on Jan. 18-20, 2012, at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach in Miami Beach, Fla.

The IACC Annual Convention has become the event of the year for commercial collection professionals to attend. Whether you are a newcomer to the industry, a veteran or someone who is on the fence about adding commercial collections to your business, you will find a place here. The mix of education, networking and idea sharing at this meeting is like no other.

“This year’s agenda is full of education to strengthen business operations. In an economy that’s still slow, who couldn’t use all the tips and tactics out there to increase profitability,” said IACC President John Yursha. “If you are currently handling commercial collections or thinking about expanding your business plan to include commercial claims, you cannot afford to miss the IACC’s annual meeting.”

Agenda items for the 2012 convention include sessions on cost savings for your business, international collections: the real deal, legislative action update, what are preferences and how to handle them, hot topics in the commercial collection industry and a must attend keynote presentation by Dr. Deborah Bright on tapping the positive power of criticism.
