They can submit requests for specific information, print receipts, upload supporting documentation relevant to disputes or claims, access general information about MSB, and communicate directly with MSB’s resolution department over email.

“We are so excited the enhanced portal is now live. Customers can get help with their concerns at their convenience, using their preferred method. MSB has proven its ability to find ways to improve recovery rates and generate more revenue for our clients. The enhanced portal is our most recent example,” said Riccio.

MSB collects delinquent court fines, fees and debts, exclusively for more than 550 governmental entities nationwide.
