TRIAD 8, from Fair Isaac Corporation, is the latest version of the world’s leading adaptive control system. TRIAD provides both account and customer management capabilities in a package that combines predictive analytics, decision-making software and expert strategy consulting to automate and improve credit and customer management decisions for lenders. By making the right decisions for every account in a portfolio, lenders are able to increase revenue, reduce losses, improve customer service and ultimately, increase portfolio profitability and drive sustainable competitive advantage.
