As a senior consultant on the Contact Performance team, Steve Stone works closely with Ontario Systems’ telephony clients to help them understand their current telephony infrastructure, enabling them to use available tools more efficiently and effectively. With 23 years of experience at Ontario Systems, Stone has been involved with more than 100 dialer installations, telephony consultations, and additional training opportunities for more than 50 clients.
