SEATTLE, Wash. — Attunely Inc., a cloud-based, optimization platform that uses machine learning to help its customers fine-tune their outreach process, announced today its membership in the Consumer Relations Consortium’s (CRC) Innovation Council (an initiative of insideARM and the iA Institute).

Attunely possesses decades of pioneering experience building high velocity and scalable machine learning technologies for similar client-agency ecosystems. Its cutting edge, state-of-the-art platform uses real-time account scoring to improve the consumer experience and drive increased recovery rates and operating margins. As a member of the Innovation Council, Attunely will work closely with operators and other technology companies to collaborate on key technology initiatives and is confident that the knowledge and deep experience of the Attunely team will contribute to the Council’s cumulative learning in effort to advance the industry’s growth agenda.

“Attunely takes great pride in our partnership philosophy,” said Scott Ferris, Founder & CEO of Attunely. “We are thrilled to serve on the Council and recognize that, in order to have a meaningful role in the growth of our industry, we must collaborate and share with all members in the ecosystem in order to find ways to connect our individual core competencies.” As a new member of the Council, Attunely will work in partnership with existing technology, strategy, operations, and compliance executives to identify strategic initiatives in collaboration with regulators and consumer advocacy groups.

On a mission to affect reform that is progressive, practical and will enhance the consumer experience for the collection industry, the CRC is led by two steering committees: regulatory and innovation. CRC members meet three times a year to engage in substantive education and feedback sessions to provide updates and guidance on relevant CRC initiatives. Additionally, members participate in working groups throughout the year preparing policy recommendations, formulating collaborative best practices, and conducting outreach to consumer groups, think tanks and other industry stakeholders.

“We are excited to include Attunely in the CRC’s exclusive 2019 roster of technology thought leaders,” said Stephanie Eidelman, CEO of the iA Institute and CRC’s Executive Director. “An important focus of the CRC is to collaborate with creative, knowledgeable innovators who understand not only today’s technology environment, but who also have a vision of the future technology landscape that ARM industry companies will need to navigate not only to survive, but also to thrive for years to come.”
