SARTELL, Minn. – ProSource Billing, an Array Services Group company, has moved into its new 23,000 square foot building, located on the Array Services Group campus at 14th Avenue East, Sartell, MN.  With the addition of the new ProSource Billing facility, the Array Services Group campus houses three separate facilities within its campus perimeter. “We’re all excited about everyone being back on one campus which allows for efficient staff support,” said Jim Christensen, CEO, Array Services Group.

Consistent with its company philosophy of promoting local jobs, Array Services Group chose Strack Companies of St. Cloud to employ their total development services of general construction, project management and real estate services for the project. Strack combined their St. Cloud workforce with local subcontractors, whenever possible, which resulted in a 90% local labor force on the job site including Wells Concrete of Albany MN, who provided the concrete super structure and exterior walls for the 320 representative capacity call center facility. Strack oversaw the project from ground breaking to a beautiful move-in ready building in less than five months.

ProSource Billing employees will enjoy natural light during business hours with the extensive bank of elevated windows on the call center floor. Each window is equipped with an individual remote control operated shade to maximize employee comfort. The ecologically sensitive construction includes an outdoor patio for employees to enjoy breaks when the weather permits.

Designed specifically to accommodate call center requirements of training, compliance and client interaction, the building employs specially designed acoustics for noise control, a raised floor with accessible wiring for ease of workstation configuration, fiber optic connections, voice over internet protocol technology, a robust intrusion detection system and has new technology for data loss prevention to secure Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI).  The building also features dual, separate connections to Qwest for redundancy. The building has been designed with a staging area apart from the production areas to accommodate non-disruptive equipment set-up before installing onto the call center floor.

“ProSource will be celebrating its 15th year of operation in 2011.  We are excited with the opportunities a new larger building will bring us in providing quality, revenue-cycle services to the healthcare industry both locally and nationally,” said Roberta Kelash, ProSource Billing Director. “Our services allow providers to continue to decrease their costs while increasing their revenue and patient satisfaction.  This is very important with the new healthcare reform changes occurring within the industry.”
