Phoenix – BillingTree, Inc., one of the nation’s leading on-demand payment processors, announced several third quarter milestones today. The company appointed Frank Helstab as Director of Corporate Development and Sidney Fingerhut as Independent Sales Organization Manager to expand the company’s leadership team, following its continued customer growth. BillingTree added multiple new accounts to exceed its forecast for the third consecutive quarter in 2010.

Mr. Helstab’s new position will focus on expanding the company’s third-party marketing relationships while Mr. Fingerhut will build an outside sales and referral program to drive new vertical expansion.

Prior to joining BillingTree, Mr. Helstab held the role of Managing Director for the Institute of Corporate Planning & Finance. His experience includes serving as a professional lecturer and seminar leader since 1979, having spoken to top and middle management professionals in the Fortune 1000 companies. He has appeared as a guest speaker on financial network television programs, acted as a professional authority on radio talk shows, and has spoken to thousands of entrepreneurs on the topics of mergers/acquisitions, and maximizing corporate value.

Mr. Fingerhut joins BillingTree after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Fingerhut Enterprises, and has over 22 years of extensive experience managing large, complex business change initiatives in healthcare, financial services, retail, distribution, consumer products, manufacturing, mining, utilities, architecture and engineering worldwide. While serving as VP of Business and Strategic Strategies for Nynex Consulting Group, Mr. Fingerhut was responsible for developing a best of breed sales and engineering team, new business development, and high level relationships with major corporate accounts worldwide.
