NCCI Expands into Property Inspection/Occupancy Verification Service

Lake Forest, Calif. — In an effort to meet the growing demands of the servicing industry, National Creditors Connection, Inc. (NCCI) has developed a nationwide Property Inspection/Occupancy Verification service to provide servicers with a snapshot of the property condition and occupancy of a loan in foreclosure.  This service accommodates industry standard requirements set forth by the GSEs.
