transmodus, the technology leader in on-demand check processing and collections automation, announced today that they are now offering two-sided bilingual letters as part of their “Automated Collections” service. That service already offers the option of letters in either English or Spanish. This new format is a simple method to include both languages in the same mailing.

“This is one of those ideas you hear that just makes sense. We added it immediately and expect to see improved collections and fewer phone calls related to language issues,” says Blanca Camacho of Superior Super Warehouse.

“Automated Collections” is offered by transmodus to streamline sending letters and making calls to check writers who are in that stage of the collections process. “Automated Collections” is unique to transmodus and provides clients with a low cost method for adding early electronic recovery to the more traditional collections process, providing cost efficiencies. Traditional collection agencies require additional expense to support staff and other operational overhead. “Some of our clients track language preference for improved communications, but most do not. Two-sided bilingual letters give everyone using our service that advantage”, according to Richard McShirley, CMO of transmodus.
