Columbia Ultimate, industry leaders in providing clients with revenue maximization solutions for more than 30 years, announced the release of its Compliance Management System. The system, powered by The Intelitech Group, provides single point of global control for compliance managers, clients, and regulators to use when they’re auditing and reviewing an agency’s regulatory compliance controls. The Compliance Management System is hosted and available to all collections industry professionals including non-Columbia Ultimate users.

“The Compliance Management System is a perfect example of how technology is keeping pace with industry regulators while providing a clear path to maintaining compliance,” said Columbia Ultimate President and CEO R. Fred Houston. “The system’s open availability and ability to work lockstep with regulators can benefit the entire industry, while  providing companies that use it a significant advantage in RFP decisions.”

The Compliance Management System allows users to track and manage:

  • Comprehensive Agent Data/History
  • Training Systems/Document Repository
  • Call Monitoring
  • Calibration/Auditing/Reporting
  • Complaint Management
  • Version Control
  • Supplier Management
  • Legal Network Compliance Management

The system’s network compliance management tools allow users to maintain a transparent view of the compliance, training, and complaint management processes of the legal network managing its litigation. Users can also view and manage the compliance cycle from end-to-end and once risks are identified, the system will help establish controls and measure effectiveness.
