With more than two decades of leadership experience across legal services, accounts receivable management (ARM), and financial services, Mr. Rose brings a strong blend of operational, commercial, and legal acumen to LegalStream. In this role, he will report directly to Ralph Liberio, President & Chief Executive Officer of The NCB Management Services Group of Companies. Aaron will be responsible for the oversight, strategy, and performance of LegalStream’s end-to-end legal network operations, including client experience, network optimization, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth.
Mr. Rose is a Minnesota-licensed attorney who has built his career at the intersection of law, operations, and data. He has consistently focused on designing scalable legal networks, aligning sales and operations, and leveraging analytics to drive informed decision-making and portfolio performance. He is recognized for his “business of law” perspective, building strong partnerships across creditors, law firms, agencies, and technology providers, and for his player-coach leadership style.
