On Tuesday we analyzed a poll conducted by TCN that addressed consumer attitudes, preferences, and expectations– and what happens if your organization misses the mark. To be successful with 2025 consumers, it’s imperative for ARM industry participants to develop a deep understanding of preference.
On Wednesday we brought you an article from Troutman Pepper Locke detailing the Trump Administrations firing of two democratic FTC commissioners and what this move means for the future. Though the fired commissioners have signaled intent to challenge their terminations, it’s important to take stock of what the regulatory landscape might look like with a 2 commissioner FTC.
On Thursday we published news regarding an amendment to Kentucky’s Consumer Data Protection Act. Privacy and data protection laws are increasing rapidly. Since these laws are at the state level, each law has differing nuances, including to who and what they apply. To avoid being blindsided in the future, since states routinely borrow from each other with new laws/regs, it’s important to keep an eye on what’s happening – even if a particular state’s law isn’t immediately applicable to your organization.
