Stephanie is a dynamic female leader with an extensive and proven track record in the financial services arena. As Senior Vice President at NCB Management Services, a nationally respected debt buyer and ARM organization, she has successfully navigated the challenges of a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Her leadership spans the entire credit and collections ecosystem, showcasing her ability to adapt and thrive in diverse operational areas.
In her current role as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Stephanie demonstrates exceptional capability in managing multiple operational functions while leading strategic change and fostering operational excellence. Her commitment to mentorship and empowerment is evident in her recent appointment as chair of the “NCB Women’s Resource Group,” an initiative aimed at promoting collaboration and growth opportunities for women within the organization.
Over the past five years, Stephanie has been an active participant in RMAi’s initiatives, advocating for the industry and helping advance RMAi’s strategic goals and promoting collaboration among RMAi’s members.
