Sigma Connected Group announces entry into US market

British outsourcing organization has announced its expansion into the United States as it secures its first two new clients in the country.

The Sigma Connected Group, which offers ‘white label’ customer contact centre and debt collection services across the financial services, telecommunications, energy and retail sectors, has launched Sigma Connected US LLC. Services will be delivered to the US customer base through its operations in Cape Town, South Africa.

Sigma Connected US LLC has appointed John Moody as Vice President of Collections and Recoveries, focusing on business development, sales and growing Sigma Connected’s client base in the US. He will report into the Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ben Jones.
