HOUSTON, Tex. -- LTD Financial Services, L.P., a full service accounts receivable management and business process outsourcing company, is honored to partner with West Houston Assistance Ministries (WHAM), a local nonprofit, supporting families in need this holiday. WHAM has been at the forefront of the COVID19 pandemic providing food and financial assistance to almost triple the number of individuals in a typical year (over 100,000 since March 2020).

“With the impact of Covid-19, it has been a trying year for many companies and members of our local community. We at LTD have been blessed to retain our work force at full capacity, with no reduction of employee hours and no layoffs,” said David John, CEO of LTD. “We know that others have not been as fortunate and our hearts go out to them. With the assistance of WHAM, we will help bring the Christmas spirit to those suffering the most.”

LTD has gathered many traditions over the years that unite us and are as important to our company as sales and customer service. Giving back to the communities where we live and work is one of our most important and long-standing company traditions. Over the years, LTD has contributed to various organizations, Toys For Tots, Blue Santa, and Houston Food Drive, among other charitable organizations. This year, we are asking our LTD employees to donate to WHAM in the spirit of helping those in need and the company will double-match employee donations received through December 7, 2021.

“One of the most rewarding services of our Human Resources effort at LTD is the ability to provide jobs, opportunities and careers, and the ability to continue doing so during the pandemic is truly a blessing,” said Denise Aguilar-Mason, Vice President, Human Resources at LTD. “The holiday season gives us time to reflect on the past year, give back to our communities, and thank those who have helped shape our business.”
