Dave Hall joins UCB as an Executive Vice President. His focus will be managing the new Jeffersonville, IN location, and all client performance within that site.

TOLEDO, Ohio –- United Collection Bureau, Inc. (UCB) announces Dave Hall as its new Executive Vice President.

Mr. Hall started his receivables management career in 1986, quickly rising to run his first site in 1990. He spent the first half of his career heavily focused on the Financial Services market, responsible for relationships with some of the largest banks in the world. By the late 90’s he was a Vice President of Operations running multiple locations and in the early 2000’s ascended to executive level responsibility. He spent the last several years as President of a large ARM firm. In his new role with UCB Dave will once again focus on site management and performance.
