announce the addition of Chris J Gonzalez as Vice President, Business
Development; Utility Sector to the sales and marketing team. He will be
responsible for developing and fostering client relationships within the gas,
electric and water utility vertical.
Chris brings more than 30 thirty years of utility
collections and business development experience, including 15 years with
National Grid (previously Niagara Mohawk Power). During his tenure in the ARM industry,
Chris’s responsibilities included customizing utility final bill collection
processes, litigation, debt sales, and outsourcing models, as well as directing
sales and marketing efforts for first and third-party collections and BPO programs.
With Chris’ deep utility knowledge and trusting relationships,
he is able to develop and promote a variety of creative programs to assist the
client in improving productivity, compliance and results. Chris is bringing to Stellar expertise in
developing technological, operational and compliance based solutions for
clients within the utility industry brings immense value to the Stellar team.
His ability to understand and apply current trends in the utility industry to Stellar’s
leading edge technology, compliance and analytics will quickly translate into a
winning combination and foster enduring client partnerships going forward.
