Executive Change: CenterPoint Legal Solutions Welcomes Shannon Battani as Director of Legal Network

CenterPoint Legal Solutions announced today that Shannon Battani has joined the company as Director of Legal Network. “We are ecstatic to have the opportunity to work with a proven industry leader of Shannon’s caliber,” said President Aaron Rose.  Mark Hutchins, Senior Vice-President of Operations, added, “Her extensive legal solutions experience within the ARM industry provides us with additional capacity to scale our legal products while best serving our clients both today and well into the future.”

Prior to joining CenterPoint Legal Solutions as Director of Legal Network, Shannon Battani has been in the ARM industry for 19 years and was formally at Asset Acceptance LLC, which was a leading publically traded debt buyer. Ms. Battani held several roles at Asset Acceptance spanning over an 18 year time period which included Management roles overseeing the In-house pre & post judgment legal teams, Bankruptcy and Probate teams as well as spending multiple years overseeing its Legal Network. Ms. Battani’s accomplishments during her time with Asset Acceptance included setting up and creating its arbitration department, opening and setting up new legal offices, and several successful system conversion. She is known for her ability to analyze needs and to create unique solutions designed to streamline less-than-efficient procedures to yield a profitable outcome. Ms. Battani has been in the collection industry since 1996.
