According to widespread media reports, Glasgow-based debt collection agency Buchanan Clark and Wells is selling its international outsourcing division for a tidy $52 million.
BCW is selling the division to Sovereign Capital, a venture capital group.
The spinout company will be called Avance Group, and will also be based in Glasgow. The company will create about 150 new Scottish jobs, as well as 100 in it Stratford-upon-Avon center.
