Pyramid Financial Solutions, an Indianapolis-based Collection and Receivables Management Company, is donating their time this week to assist Wheeler Mission Ministries to serve meals to the under-privileged. Pyramid encourages staff to participate in this and other charities by compensating staff with Paid Time Off equaling their time donated.
Tom Lane, President of Pyramid, states: "It is very important to give back and donate as much as we can in our community especially during these difficult economic times. Inflated gas prices have affected everything that consumers buy and many people are in desperate need of help right now. Pyramid can’t solve the faltering economy but we can make individualized efforts in the right direction. In addition, the collection industry is typically perceived negatively when in reality it’s the counseling by our staff that helps consumers avoid Bankruptcy by working with them to resolve their financial difficulties."
