PCA Acquisitions V, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Saperstein as SVP of Portfolio and Organizational Management. Mr. Saperstein, a ten-year industry veteran, will be working directly with ownership on all aspects of the company’s purchase cycle, including involvement with the company’s expanding agency network. In related news, Andrew Worrall has been promoted to AVP of Portfolio Management.
