In March, 960 cases were filed in U.S. District Courts for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and TCPA. This is the highest number of cases that have ever been filed in one month.
Year to date case totals are at 2542, trending to surpass 10,000 cases for the year.
