Fusner will oversee RevSpring’s rigorous compliance program, providing guidance on regulatory requirements and policies, particularly related to HIPAA regulation and consumer data privacy.

Prior to joining RevSpring, Fusner served as the Corporate Responsibility Officer and Director of Corporate Compliance at Genesys Health System, which is affiliated with Ascension Health System. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in multiple vertical markets, having collaborated with Legal Counsel on all corporate compliance matters and investigated potential compliance issues, including HIPAA privacy concerns.
