DANTOM Systems is pleased to announce the availability of the DANTOM eCertified product. It is the accounts receivable management industry’s first automated certified mail product.
eCertified from DANTOM Systems eliminates the need for ARM organizations to manually fulfill certified mail. When using eCertified, organizations can accomplish this requirement with no more effort than that needed for first class mail through DANTOM. The electronic return receipts and signatures are transmitted to clients’ collection software platform and immediately updated at the account level.
Organizations can send certified mail without any forms, optical scanners, green cards or data to manually input to its collection system. Furthermore, the instant account update triggers the workflow to create immediate action. For example, an account could be placed in a dialer campaign the same day the return receipt is received electronically. The net result enables organizations to collect money faster and at a lower cost.
