Jim Hubbard & Associates Names New CEO

Birmingham, AL — Jim Hubbard & Associates, Inc., a leading provider of debt collections software to law firms, collection agencies, and financial institutions, has named Gregory E. Jones as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jones most recently served as COO/Executive Vice President of EPL, Inc., a national financial software and processing firm. While there, Jones spearheaded the firm’s successful internal reorganization to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Mr. Jones also spent four years as Executive Vice President and Regional Administrator at Community Banks, Inc. where he grew revenues at an annual rate of 15%.

At JH&A, Jones will apply his considerable experience in market and product development to lead in the overhaul of the firm’s mainstay collection software, as well as direct the development of new products for existing and fertile new markets. “We are well positioned to leverage our existing strengths in the debt collection software market with exciting new technologies that will leapfrog other current offerings,” said Jones. “The recent softness in the overall national economy has really highlighted the need for our products and provided us an attractive market opportunity.”

Mr. Jones has also served on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations including the Philadelphia, PA chapter of the Arthritis Foundation; the Schuylkill (PA) Economic Development Corporation; and Serento Gardens, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation organization.
