Ron Grossblatt came to work for GRANT & WEBER soon after his graduation from the University of Utah in 1981. He began his employment as a collection trainee and gained first hand experience by working his way up through every department within GRANT & WEBER in order to experience all aspects of the collection process and management of a collection agency. Ron was invited to become an owner of GRANT & WEBER in 1986, and became our Chief Executive Officer in 2001.
