Convergys Rolls Out Sales Learning Application

Convergys has rolled out its first go-to-market sales e-learning module, a byproduct of its acquisition of brand-name vendor Digital Think eight months ago.

The application, called Sales Readiness, is a mix of services and software designed to offer a customized fit for companies. Already, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Mazda have implemented the module, according to Convergys.

“It is essentially an 80-20 solution,” Richard Horn, director of product strategy for Sales Readiness, tells CRM Daily. “We add enough services to the package in order to help clients identify the key drivers in their sales organizations and identify the appropriate business outcomes.”
