Buffalo, NY ? ABC-Amega Inc. announced today the consolidation of its West Coast operations into its Headquarters location in Buffalo, New York. The decision to close the California office was made following months of study and strategic planning. Re-allocating its resources will help provide a strong foundation for the future direction of the company.

This consolidation will concentrate on the International focus of the company, with multilingual agents hired in Western New York handling Asia-Pacific, Europe, and other global markets. The sales efforts for the West Coast will continue to be handled from California by three District Sales Managers and a Relationship Manager working in virtual office environments.
?Combining the operational efforts of both locations allows us to gain better control of our services and apply the best practices developed in the Buffalo office through our certification to the COPC-2000® Standard. The Tustin, California, office will close on May 28, 2004. The collection positions and the International portion of the facility will be fully operational in Buffalo beginning June 1st.
