VANCOUVER, WA ? Columbia Ultimate, the industry expert in providing software and integrated solutions for collecting money, announced a successful completion of the 2005 Annual User Group Conference, which took place May 23-25 in Las Vegas.
Client Care was a key topic discussed at the conference, which was attended by more than 125 users across North America. Columbia Ultimate President R. Fred Houston unveiled new and expanding initiatives to further deliver tools and services to improve and enhance their client’s day-to-day operations, including:
- Bundling of ClientAccessWeb, a new web-based solution for easy account management and report generation with Silver, Gold or Platinum Support plans;
- Offering Acumen! a custom-scoring application with The Collector System as a result of a partnership with The Intelitech Group;
- Announcing the latest version of The Collector System where clients can streamline their business even further with an ODBC reporting interface, a new Court Assignment feature and an interface to skip tracing services provided by Accurint.
