The Monticello site allows us to add 120 collection positions in two shifts? according to Tony Michel, President.
The call center is managed by Eric Gapinski and will specialize in cellular, private label credit card, and retail portfolios. The key to the success of this office is the experience of the collection associates hired with some key personnel from the Minneapolis office.
