Noble Systems Appoints a New Managing Director of Noble Systems UK

Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in contact automation technology, announced the appointment of Mark Hudson to the position of Managing Director of Noble Systems UK. A specialist in business development and team building, Mr. Hudson?s primary responsibility will be the further expansion of the Noble Systems? presence in the United Kingdom and EMEA markets.

Mr. Hudson brings a strong background of organizational change management experience to Noble Systems, with 16 years of increasing responsibility in operations management. Mr. Hudson has a thorough understanding of the crucial needs of the telecommunications industry on a global basis, developed during his tenures with communications leaders, including ADC Telecommunications, Syntellect, V.Band, Siemens GEC Communications Systems, and GPT Communication Systems. As Managing Director of Syntellect, Mr. Hudson grew sales to record levels in consecutive years and exceeded target revenues by more than 50%, while overseeing the elimination of the company?s customer debt. In his previous role as Managing Director of V.Band, Mr. Hudson similarly increased sales in subsequent years while substantially reducing gross expenses. Throughout his career, Mr. Hudson has displayed proven abilities to respond quickly and creatively to the demands of the marketplace, and to meet the commercial goals of a company while maintaining employee motivation.

As the Managing Director for Noble Systems UK, Mr. Hudson is charged with the task of using his turn-around expertise and knowledge of the international telecommunications marketplace to expand the company?s client base within the UK and EMEA call center environments. Mr. Hudson spoke about his plans for moving forward, saying ?Noble Systems had a presence in the United Kingdom for several years, but has not yet translated its success in North America to the international marketplace.
