Bethesda, MD – CollectionIndustry.com, the leading news and information source for professionals in the credit and collections industry, announces the launch of Young Guns 2005, an award and recognition program for rising talent in credit and collections.
Every industry has rising stars ? those young men and women who have achieved a great deal early in their careers and whose potential to achieve more is unbound. As the leading information portal for the accounts receivable management industry, CollectionIndustry.com would like to identify and highlight those young leaders who will be leading and shaping our complex industry in the 21st century.
CollectionIndustry.com?s Young Guns 2005 will recognize those people who will shape the future of accounts receivable management in the U.S. and abroad. From the dynamic self-starter who opened his own successful agency to the Ivy League educated wiz-kid in charge of debt portfolio purchases for a major buyer, the site wants to find the best and brightest.
?We thought that an award program would be a nice way to highlight some of the young talent in our industry,? said CollectionIndustry.com content manager and editor Patrick Lunsford. ?This industry is filled with top-flight young leaders and we want our readers to know who they are.?
The site has already been receiving nominations for this exciting program and plans to continue taking them into early January. After they have received the nominations from all over the industry, the editorial staff will be interviewing these dynamic individuals and their peers to determine who will make the cut for CollectionIndustry.com?s Young Guns 2005.
?It will be a daunting task, but well worth the effort,? commented Lunsford.
The only requirements for consideration are that the nominees currently hold a leadership position (Director level and up) in the accounts receivable management industry and that they be under 40 years old. All of the ?Young Guns? will be highlighted in a special section on CollectionIndustry.com along with their companies.
If you are interested in nominating someone for consideration, send the names of those you consider to be rising stars in the industry, along with a brief bio or list of achievements, to editor@collectionindustry.com.
