Border debt collection agency Peter Brown Commercial Management Services has been sold to Midstate Credit Management Services Pty Ltd. Midstate Credit is a division of publicly-listed Collection House, Australia’s largest debt collection and credit services company.
Mr. Peter Brown and his wife Sigrid have owned and operated Peter Brown Commercial Management Services since 1985. Mr. Brown will remain manager of Midstate Credit Management Services.
Midstate Credit regional manager Mr Rob Hands said the acquisition was part of Collection Houses expansion strategy.
