SoundBite Communications Offers NobelBiz LocalTouch as Add on to Its Proactive Customer Communications Offering

SoundBite Communications, Inc., a leader in hosted contact center and mobile marketing solutions, and NobelBiz, Inc., a facilities-based carrier, today announced that they have solidified their partnership so that SoundBite can continue to offer its clients an authorized caller ID management solution. SoundBite remains an authorized reseller of NobelBiz’s patented service and has rebranded the caller ID management solution previously offered under the name “Local Connect” to “NobelBiz LocalTouch(TM).”
