This release of the GetPAID Dispute Resolution System (DRS) is designed to heighten customer relations by offering a clear path to resolution of disputed invoices. The system will automatically assign, notify and escalate disputes, using a matrix of reason codes, sales areas and status codes to identify and assign the appropriate problem owner and send notification.
“The auto-escalation procedures inherent in the Dispute Resolution System will track the problem to ensure that it is resolved,” explains C.J. Users will receive email notification of new problems assigned to them, and with a direct link from their email, they can access the problem. Using the GetPAID DRS Browser, users will be able to access the problem information via the Internet. The DRS Browser gives all necessary personnel access to dispute transactions, regardless of location.
