Bankruptcy Challenges and Solutions Addressed at Collection and Recovery Solutions 2009 Pre-Conference Workshop

Santa Fe Springs, CA – Resource Management Services, Inc. is pleased to welcome back a distinguished panel of presenters for the Collection and Recovery Solutions(SM) 2009 pre-conference bankruptcy workshop to be held Wednesday, May 6, 2009.

Melyssa Barrett, of Visa, Inc. will join Alane Becket of Becket & Lee, LLP and Henry E. Hildebrand III, the Chapter 13 Trustee for the Middle District of Tennessee, to review and discuss the current bankruptcy landscape for both secured and unsecured creditors. They will also discuss the possible changes to current bankruptcy regulations and the potential impacts these changes would have on a creditor’s operations.
