Seattle, WA ? ER Solutions, Inc., a Convergent Resources, Inc. Company, announced today that they have leased an additional 23,500 sq. ft. of space in the One Ravinia Building in North Atlanta. Originally opened last October, the additional space essentially triples the number of employees housed in this call center to 300. Steve Hunter, ERS President said, ?We opened this center eight months ago as a first party outsource, inbound calling facility for our clients in the Southeast. Response has so overwhelmingly good that we’ve had to expand already in order to keep up with the demand.?
Hunter continued, ?Pre-charge off services, both first party and third party have grown to 40% of our revenue and we are committed to growing that number significantly higher. The Atlanta call center is dedicated to outsourcing business so we have the capacity to achieve our plan. We expect to continue expanding our products and services while delivering best of class service.?
