ACA Certifies First International PPMS Agency

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – ACA International (ACA), the association of credit and collection professionals, recently announced the first international collection agency to receive certification under the Professional Practices Management System (PPMS).

Collection House Limited, of Brisbane, Australia, became the first agency outside the U.S. and the 20th worldwide to achieve PPMS certification. The company underwent the comprehensive program to take advantage of benefits such as improved operating efficiency and compliance.
