Datalure, Inc. has finalized its merger with the owners of CCS-Adplus, L.L.C. which operates as Infolure. The merger, which was effective January 1, 2004, was a 100% stock exchange and asset contribution. Both companies will operate under the name Infolure but the Datalure name and logo will continue to represent the IDENTIFY and LOCATE suite of collection support services.
