Creditors’ Rights and Collection Law Firm Expands to Chicago

Deerfield, IL – Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR), the largest creditors? rights law firm in the country based on revenues and placements and as ranked by Collections & Credit Risk magazine, has expanded its operations into the state of Illinois. WWR?s Chicago, Illinois branch will open its doors on Monday, October 4, 2004.

Alan Weinberg, managing partner of the firm, says, ?The decision to open an office in Chicago is in direct response to the requests we received from several clients who have increasing volumes of legal work in Illinois. The firm provides collection and bankruptcy services on a national basis. We provide direct legal representation in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Having our own office in Chicago will allow us to also assure our clients of same high quality representation in Illinois.?

The Chicago office will be the fourth new office opening in the last four years. The opening continues a rapid expansion trend for the firm, which has grown from 530 employees in 2000 to 880 today. There will initially be four employees in the Chicago office, and the firm expects the staff to continue to grow in the coming months.

The new office is located at Lake Cook Office Center IV, Suite 480, 1419 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, Illinois 60015. John S.
