Mr. Leckerman has overall responsibility for the direction, management, and performance of all of NCO’s global operations, products and subsidiaries, including our Global Portfolio Business. His comprehensive knowledge of the accounts receivable outsourcing industry has been essential in the rapid growth of NCO. Since joining NCO in 1995 he has developed and implemented company-wide performance-monitoring methods and procedures, implemented work standards for NCO collectors across all sites, and implemented and managed major contracts. Mr. Leckerman holds a degree in Human Services from Montgomery County Community College.
