City officials in an Indiana town hope hiring a collection agency will help them collect more than $350,000 in outstanding court fees and fines.
The New Haven City Council on Tuesday gave Judge Geoff Robison unanimous approval to sign a contract with Capital Recovery Systems Inc., a collection agency from Columbus, Ohio, that specializes in court fees.
