Kelly Woolwine is president and chief operating officer and one of the founding principals of Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. Mr. Woolwine is responsible for directing all day-to-day business operations for Atlantic Credit & Finance, including recovery operations and hiring and training of all employees. Prior to founding Atlantic Credit & Finance in 1996, Mr. Woolwine served as chief operating officer for Oxford Capital—a leading debt purchasing and servicing firm—responsible for directing all business operations and managing the recovery process. While at Oxford Capital, Mr. Woolwine created, among other things, innovative employee training programs that help maximize collections practices while ensuring consumers are treated with respect and integrity. Mr. Woolwine also previously served as an investment banker at Dean Witter. Mr. Woolwine earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
