Major Collection Agency CEO to Step Aside; Successor Named

KENNESAW, GA ? NCI (Nationwide Credit, Inc.), a top global call center and receivables management company, announced today that CEO Anthony Marino is stepping aside. Current NCI EVP Pat Carroll will assume Mr. Marino?s responsibilities as CEO, while Marino will become Vice Chairman and advisor to the board of directors. Marino joined NCI two years ago to lead the transition to new ownership and develop a top-flight management team to reinvigorate the company. With that work complete, Marino plans to return to the creditor side of the industry.

After 40 years in the industry, Pat Carroll has a uniquely long and distinguished receivables management career. Since joining NCI in August 2003, Pat has been instrumental in building relationships with customers and setting NCI?s strategic marketing direction. ?Pat?s experience at NCI, combined with his strong industry credentials, make him the ideal choice to replace Anthony Marino,? said NCI Board Chairman Henry Wolfond.

Remarked Carroll, ?As an old friend, I understand Anthony?s decision to go back to the creditor side of the industry. I?m pleased Anthony will continue to provide his insight and counsel as a member of our Board.?

Carroll is expected to continue to pursue NCI?s drive to improve productivity and build revenues, which began with its financial restructuring in 2002.

The changes in responsibilities are effective immediately.
