Zaida Toro Smith brings more than 10 years of experience in Vacation Club and Timeshare Receivables to EMCC. Mrs. Smith obtained her college degree from the University of Puerto Rico specializing in Mathematics and Education. Ms. Smith is in charge of RMI International, a Division of EMCC, which manages international resorts’ accounts throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Zaida belongs to the Chairman League of ARDA and she is an active member of AMDETUR, where she has been assisting with collection seminars. Mrs. Smith was instrumental in developing RMI’s standardized training program for Collection Associates, acclaimed for its Quality and adherence to the U.S. Fair Collection Practices Act.
