ARS was formed by Mr. Nusspickel and Jeff Kucharski – Co-Founder & CEO, in January of 2004. Collections began in earnest in April 2004. Both partners are former collection executives with Household International, a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC, the second-largest financial institution in the world. Mr. Kucharski most recently held the position of Group Director/Chief Operating Officer, managing three separate collection call centers in Delaware, Virginia, and Florida. Mr. Nusspickel was the Department Manager/AVP of Recovery, directly responsible for agency management and auditing.
