In her role, Jill leads her team in ensuring the consistency of execution within Operational Strategy, Modeling & Analytics, Internal Audit and Quality Assurance and Training support. Jill has nearly 30 years of industry experience and has held various leadership roles in operations, business development and consulting. She has helped West Asset Management and many external clients, both in the U.S. and internationally, understand how to better manage processes impacting accounts receivable and cash flow. Her vast experience in the collections industry has enabled Jill to become a successful contributing author and editor of several publications and a highly sought after speaker. She is certified as a Master Credit Executive and is a member of the ACA’s International Fellowship of Certified Collection Executives.
