Effective August 1, NLEX will offer a full market evaluation for portfolio offerings from purchasers of debt. The portfolio evaluation will contain both a high – level portfolio review (based on available data) and market pricing analysis. For a nominal fee, debt purchasers will be able to more accurately forecast how a portfolio will perform in the resale market. “This new evaluation process is the first of many initiatives in place to enhance how NLEX adds value to the debt purchasing industry” says Jonathan Brooks, Vice President Sale Analysis.
