Mr. Schwab has responsibility for all corporate accounting matters. Since joining NCO in 2004, his areas of involvement included Securities and Exchange reporting, strategic transaction advisory, financial reporting, business reorganization, business process development and modification, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation. He has a diverse background of comprehensive financial management and accounting experience and his expertise includes senior management positions at publicly-traded companies as well as over eleven years of public accounting experience. Mr. Schwab holds a B.A. in Accounting from LaSalle University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
