This turn-key system allows an agency to be up and running on the fully functioning Latitude software system in a matter of days. For a small up-front start-up fee and ongoing monthly maintenance charges, agencies receive unlimited access to their system. All that is required at the end-user site is a workstation and high speed internet access. Portfolio management and AIM (agency interface) modules may be included for an additional charge.
A separate SQL database is installed to manage each agency’s information. GSSI employs data encryption over the wire and data encryption at rest technologies, to ensure integrity and security at every level. Data is housed off site in a secure co-location facility with redundant power supplies and mirror imaging. Backups and end of day processing are automatically handled by networking experts.
